Legal Guarantee (New Products)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all products for sale on this site are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months.
Based on the 24-month legal guarantee, Wellness S.r.l. is liable to the Consumer (the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out) for any lack of conformity not found at the time of purchase.
The legal guarantee of 24 months does not apply to products purchased with an invoice and VAT number from professionals and / or companies, for which the manufacturer's guarantee applies.
Warranty (Refurbished Products)
Refurbished products are guaranteed for 12 months and directly by Wellness S.r.l.There is no guarantee for the As Is product category (items sold "as is").
Lack of conformity (Article 129 of the Consumer Code)
The lack of conformity exists when:the product is not suitable for the use to which it must normally be used;does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller;it does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type;it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.There is no lack of conformity if, at the time of conclusion of the contract, the Consumer was aware of the defect, could not ignore it with ordinary diligence or if the lack of conformity derives from instructions or materials provided by the consumer.
Consumer rights (Article 130 of the Consumer Code)
The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.The Consumer can ask the seller, at his choice, to repair the good or to replace it, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other.Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable time from the Consumer's request.The average delivery time to the Consumer of the product is 24 days. If within the maximum term of 60 days Wellness S.r.l. is unable to return the repaired product, the Consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).
Times and methods of exercise of the Legal Guarantee (New Products)
The Client must:
1. Send a written communication to Wellness S.r.l. (for convenience, the "Customer Support" section under the heading "Contact us" can also be used) or contact Wellness S.r.l. by telephone, indicating the defect of the product.
2. Follow the guidelines provided by Wellness S.r.l. for the compilation of the practice. Forms and file number will be provided by Wellness S.r.l. at the time of the request.
3. Prepare the product for shipment by carefully packing it and enclosing all accessories, the instruction manual and everything originally contained in the product packaging.
4. Remain available within the times indicated to facilitate the collection of the package.The carrier will contact the Customer to arrange the withdrawal of the product (the Customer's unavailability by telephone will delay the withdrawal of the product).Wellness S.r.l. will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the manufacturer itself (CAT).
We advise the Customer of Wellness S.r.l. to receive the goods with the formula "signature with reserve".Keep original purchase documents and packaging.Contact the numbers or visit the manufacturers' sites in the support section with the documents related to the product at hand and follow the instructions or raise the issues.
