According to decree. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), all the products for sale on this site are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months.
According to the legal guarantee of 24 months Wellness S.r.l. He is liable to the consumer (the person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession) for the lack of conformity not evident at the time of purchase.
The legal guarantee of 24 months does not apply to products purchased with Invoice and VAT by professionals and / or companies, for which it is the manufacturer warranty.
The lack of conformity which exists when:
the product is not intended to serve as a must habitually;
It does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the vendor;
It does not offer the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type;
It is not fit for use, particularly if the consumer requires them made known to the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.
There is lack of conformity if, at the time the contract was concluded, the consumer was aware of the defect, could not ignore it with the utmost care, or if the lack of conformity comes from instruction or materials supplied by the consumer.
The lack of conformity becomes apparent within 24 months from the date of purchase of the property must be reported within 2 months following the date of discovery of the defect.
Unless proved otherwise, it is assumed that any lack of conformity occurring within 6 months after delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.

The Customer shall:
Send a written notice to Wellness S.r.l. (For convenience it will be used also the section of the "Customer Support" under "Contact") or contact Wellness S.r.l. by phone, indicating the defect of the product.
Follow the guidelines provided by Wellness S.r.l. for the compilation of the practice. Modules, File will be provided by Wellness S.r.l. upon request.
Prepare the product for shipping imballandolo carefully and enclosing all accessories, the instruction manual and everything contained originally in the product package.
Remain available in the indicated time period to facilitate the withdrawal of the package.
The carrier will contact the customer to agree on the withdrawal of the product (the unavailability of telephone customer will delay the withdrawal of the product).
Wellness S.r.l. We must return the product for any repairs at the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the manufacturer (CAT).
All products for sale on this site, as well as being covered by the legal guarantee, are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty.
The Manufacturer Warranty is added, but does not replace, the Legal Warranty of 24 months still rightly due to the consumer, as provided by law. Duration, territorial scope and modalities for invoking such a guarantee is shown in the form, drawn up by the manufacturer.
We advise the customer to Wellness S.r.l. to receive the goods with formula "signature subject."
Keep proof of purchase and original packaging.
